Cleaning Process
- Collect the necessary equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) from the store.
- If you are cleaning the washroom in a public place or office, it’s advisable to keep the “cleaning in progress” signage visible near the entrance.
- Remove all amenities such as tissue paper, toilet paper, seat covers, and hand wash.
- Start by Cleaning Ceiling Dust, Cobwebs, Light etc Using Cobweb Brush and Feather Brush.
- Remove all the dry dust from the walls, doors and the partition by using a feather brush or a dry duster.
- Clean the walls, wall fixtures, doors, and partitions using a general-purpose cleaner. If needed, use a descaler for tougher stains.
- Clean / Scrub WC from the inside by using the WC cleaner.
- Clean urinals and the washbasins by using the general purpose cleaner.
- Clean the glasses and mirrors by using glass cleaner.
- Clean all the dustbins by using the general purpose cleaner.
- If partitions, cupboards and doors are wooden, apply furniture polish and buffing after cleaning.
- Use the steel polish on SS items and fittings after cleaning.
- Scrub the corners of the floor and heavily stained areas.
- Wash the floor, wipe the water off with a wiper and wipe with a clean wipe.
- Refill all the toiletries and apply air freshener for refreshing scent.
- After the cleaning process is complete, make sure to remove the signage and check that all dispensers, lights and fittings are working properly.
